Generate Work Orders

OBJECTIVE

The Generate Work Orders option is used to confirm the tasks to be performed and reserve the parts necessary for each piece of equipment requiring maintenance.

maestro* > Equipements > Preventive Maintenance > Processing > Generate Work Order

 

Generate work orders

  1. Enter the required information:
 

Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

 

Field

Description

Category*

Category from Define Maintenance Types and Tasks.

Start Date*

Recall start date.

End Date*

Recall end date.

Regular

Displays regular maintenance.

PMP

Displays maintenance associated with the preventive maintenance program.

 

 

When all fields are completed, the grid is filled with all the equipment for which the settings apply.

  1. Click Accept.
  2. View the required information in the Equipment to be Recalled tab:

Field

Description

Equipment Code

Equipment code from Equipment Management.

Description

Description of the equipment.

Category

Category from Define Maintenance Types and Tasks.

Location

Location from Define Locations.

PMP

Indicates that the maintenance is part of the preventive maintenance program.

Due Date

Date entered in Scheduled Maintenance Management.

Priority

Priority entered in Scheduled Maintenance Management.

Issue a W/O

Confirms that a work order must be issued if the box is checked.

W/O No. Issued

Work order number issued.

NOTE: For all work orders issued, the transactions entered for scheduled maintenance are deleted when the screen is closed.

  1. Check the Generate a WO column.
  2. Click Generate Work Order.
 

The user must then confirm whether he wants to open or print the work order generated.
